Corporate Donations
We have been fortunate to meet many wonderful people with great ideas and large hearts. Kathy and David Melish were two such people. They work for Alliance for Affordable Services, a not for profit network for the self employed to obtain affordable insurance. Kathy and David rallied their colleagues to give to our Foundation at their annual drive to raise funds and awareness for charities, through friendly competitions in Arizona. They presented a check to us in August 2006 for $5,750, a huge impact on a small Foundation and MANY families in need. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

If any of the places you work for do similar things, please consider us as a worthy charitable organization to give to. Every donation helps. Don't forget we are tax exempt (state & federal) and non-profit.

Individual Donations
When the Leroy L. Wood School in Fairhaven, MA conducted their "Wood School Oprah Challenge," students were given $10 and asked to "Pay It Forward." Fourth grader Nicole Arruda (right) took that money and made paper mache piggy banks which she put out at various locations to solicit donations for our Foundation. When the fundraiser was complete, Nicole presented us with a check for $1010! What a great way to "Pay It Forward." Thank you, Nicole!

Bailey and Jillian Crespi of Berkley, MA raised close to $300 for us as part of their community service outreach project for the St. Philomena School in Portsmouth, RI. They are shown below with their principal, Donna Bettencourt Glavin.
